In this dynamic role, you won't be tied to just one market. Instead, you will serve as our internal TA "strike team," stepping in country-wide to support various districts on their hardest-to-fill roles.
From headhunting skilled trades (like mechanics) to sourcing leadership and management talent, you will partner closely with local Operations Managers and District Directors across US to diagnose hiring pain points. You understand that recruitment directly drives operations, and you possess the relationship-building skills to quickly earn trust with diverse teams.
