Your direct reports: Specification Team / Inside Sales Team

You will coordinate national specification and inside sales activity, drive team performance and development, implement Rockwool strategy, and ensure synergy between specification and inside sales to drive business growth.

This is the role

SPECIFICATION:

  • Coordinate, develop, monitor and support the specifications team.

  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, acousticians, key contractors and relevant authorities

  • Promote Rockwool portfolio, train the team for product specification in projects.

  • Monitor and develop CRM tools, reporting and project management at national level.

  • Actively participate in lobbying and events/promotions with market influencers.

INSIDE SALES:

  • Coordinate, monitor and support the inside sales team in generating, qualifying and transferring leads.

  • Monitor KPIs, lead generation campaigns, data quality and reporting.

  • Coaching and professional development for team members.

MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY:

  • Turns market and team feedback into improvement proposals.

  • Communication and collaboration with other departments.

  • Plans, implements and monitors quarterly/annual plans for the area.

This is who you are

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, at least 2 years in team coordination.

  • Higher education in technical fields (architecture/installations/construction is an advantage).

  • Excellent relationship, negotiation, influencing skills.

  • Coaching and people development skills.

  • Fluent English.

  • Advanced CRM/Excel/MS Office/Presentation skills.
