About the Role
Fraserway RV is seeking a National Service Support Lead to strengthen service operations across our dealership network. This national‑level role is hands‑on, people‑focused, and operational in nature — designed for a service professional who thrives on training, consistency, and problem‑solving.
As a trusted resource to our dealerships, you’ll support Service Advisors through onboarding, coaching, and process standardization, while also stepping in as an operational “safety net” during staffing shortages, peak demand, or disruptive events. Your work will directly impact service advisor effectiveness, labor recovery, work order quality, and the customer experience nationwide.
