National Service at AmaliTech - 2026/27
This is a 12-month, full-time, on-site skills development programme. It prepares recent university graduates for entry-level software and data engineering careers at AmaliTech.

Systems Engineering
Focuses on constructing scalable, secure, and reliable systems and infrastructure that increasingly rely on automation and AI tooling. This pathway equips you with solid architectural knowledge and specialised competence in backend, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and test automation engineering, preparing you to design robust platforms, orchestrate Agentic AI, and safeguard mission-critical systems.
Data Engineering & Analytics
Focuses on powering intelligent, data-driven decisions. This pathway builds a strong foundation in data platforms with focused expertise in data engineering, business intelligence, and machine learning, preparing you to manage data end-to-end and support responsible, AI-driven insights across the organisation.
Hiring Process
Cognitive Reasoning Aptitude TestAll applicants will take a multiple-choice assessment covering abstract reasoning, verbal reasoning , and numerical reasoning. (Preferred score: 370/ 600)
Shortlisting based on combined scores.
Take-Home Lab Shortlisted candidates will complete a take-home lab to evaluate applied technical competence and problem-solving approach.
Interviews will be anchored on the lab submission.
Offer to Shortlisted Candidates Shortlisted candidates will receive an offer for national service with AmaliTech in one of our offices (Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi).

As a global talent accelerator, AmaliTech provides free IT training courses to skilled youth in regions of great need. We offer an employment pathway into the digital sector, accompanying young talents from recruitment to employment.
Our training academies give local youth the necessary digital skills for employment. Subsequently, successful Graduate Trainees are empowered to apply their acquired skills in the local and international job market. AmaliTech Training Academy Limited Ghana was initially founded and has been in full operations in 2019.
