We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager for our Aftermarket division in Wągrowiec, Poland. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive our sales strategy across the Polish market, leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales initiatives that expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships throughout the aftermarket sector.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the aftermarket market across Poland, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and market positioning strategies
• Establish and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities for the national aftermarket division
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners
• Oversee sales operations, including order management, inventory coordination, and customer service excellence
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement within the sales team
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility
• Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Customize sales approaches and product offerings to meet specific market demands and customer requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the aftermarket or automotive industry
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Proficiency in P&L management and sales forecasting
• Fluency in both Polish and English (written and verbal)
• In-depth knowledge of the Polish market and business environment
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management capabilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business expansion
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in B2B sales environments (preferred)
• Familiarity with aftermarket product lines and distribution channels (preferred)
