
Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead the nationwide sales operations of our client's growing FMCG business. This role is responsible for driving sales performance across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, developing high-performing sales teams, strengthening distributor relationships, and executing strategies that achieve sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Lead, coach, and manage high-performing sales teams to drive productivity, accountability, and business growth.
Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to improve results and achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance objectives.
Oversee sales forecasting, territory planning, budgeting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure consistent execution of sales programs, trade promotions, pricing strategies, and company policies across all regions.
Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams, assess market conditions, identify opportunities, and ensure operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree graduate preferably Business, Marketing or Engineering
At least 10 years proven work experience as National Sales Manager covering areas in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao in an FMCG environment, preferably Food
Experience in managing a high performance Sales team
Strong capability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and prescribe solutions and monitor and manage assigned next step
Solid customer service attitude
Strong communication and team management skills
Knowledge in organizational effectiveness and operations management
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
Working Knowledge in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Sales Process Automation application (SFA or its equivalent), Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) Systems application (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Work Environment (office and fieldwork)
Physical Demand (field visits, work-with Prifood sales people, customers, distributors and other stakeholders; work beyond regular working hours; work from Mondays to Saturdays or beyond as the situation requires; and to travel as needed)
Above average in people handling skills
