We’re looking for a National Sales Manager to take the lead on expanding distributor partnerships and converting new business opportunities across the U.S. in B2B commercial water treatment sales.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Sales, offering strong career development potential and the chance to work with a uniquely diverse product portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute national sales strategy across a multi-tiered distribution network, including reps, brokers, and channel partners
• Cultivate and expand key relationships in the water treatment industry and adjacent markets
• Drive performance through territory planning, account forecasting, and strategic execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies
• Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

What you'll Bring:

• 5+ years of B2B commercial sales experience, ideally with strong distribution channel success
• Industry experience in water treatment or related sectors (e.g., water pumps, softeners, furnaces)
• Proven ability to lead across rep networks, brokers, and complex distribution models
• Strong communication skills with the ability to position technical products to varied audiences
• Bachelor's degree and a willingness to travel up to 50% while working onsite when not on the road
