Job Description

About Our Client:

Our client, a European based bakery company, is looking for a new National Sales Director. The company holds international certifications such as IFS, BRC, and HACCP, ensuring high standards in food safety and quality. As part of its growth strategy, our client is expanding its presence in Spain.

  • Planning and implementing sales strategies in the Spanish retail market,
  • Realisation of volume sales assumptions by supervision of the sales department, tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and demand.
  • Working directly with retail chains - setting commercial terms and conditions, conducting negotiations,
  • Acquiring new clients and maintaining good relationships with current business partners,
  • Working with the Production Department and the Quality Department,
  • Reporting to the Sales Director.

Requirements:

  • Proven successful min. 5 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Very high skills in managing subordinate departments/employees and cooperation with internal customers
  • Experience of working with retail chains,
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills,
  • Very good knowledge of the market & private label market,
  • Highly developed skills in independent and complex project management,
  • Excellent analytical skills,
  • Results-driven individual,
  • Meeting sales goals,
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel),
  • Very good verbal and written Spanish and English language skills,
  • Driving licence.
