Job Description

We’re seeking a National Sales Administrator to support our Customer Experience division by managing sales-related tasks, coordinating customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate. You’ll play a vital role in enabling smooth sales operations and supporting our broader national team.

What you will do

• Managing the National Sales inbox and responding to enquiries promptly
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including credits, returns and warranties
• Preparing reports to verify sales quotation figures for each state
• Supporting internal teams by coordinating information and ensuring timely communication

What we require

• Previous experience in sales support, administration or customer service
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to manage sales order processing, reporting and general coordination
• Strong attention to detail with solid MS Office skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

What we prefer

• Experience in a national or multi-site sales environment, supporting teams across multiple states or locations
• Advanced Salesforce/CRM knowledge, including reporting, data management and maintaining data integrity
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly when managing a high-volume shared inbox
• Strong stakeholder management skills
