Recruiter – Jackson Nurse Professionals
Recruiters are the primary contact for clinicians and play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top nursing talent into travel assignments nationwide. This role manages the full recruitment cycle and maintains strong relationships with clinicians throughout their assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed weekly metrics and individual recruitment goals.
Source, pre‑screen, interview, and match candidates to client needs.
Manage leads through the recruitment pipeline and close contract offers.
Negotiate compensation packages and coordinate onboarding with credentialing.
Maintain regular communication with clinicians and support them through each assignment.
Build and nurture a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Update candidate records, documentation, and database files accurately.
Partner with sales and account managers to coordinate interviews and resolve issues.
Handle basic HR functions, including coaching, orientation assistance, and issue resolution.
Performance Expectations
Achieve recruitment targets and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
Provide excellent communication and service to clinicians and internal partners.
Represent the company professionally and build strong, lasting relationships.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for competition and achieving goals.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement or fully onsite, Monday–Friday, in our Maitland, Florida office, based on managerial discretion.
