Lead end-to-end project logistics operations, managing complex shipments, stakeholders, costs, and project delivery across Thailand.

Leadership Responsibility

• Create and develop a strong independent national organization
• Guidance to, and Development of People
• Driving Sales and Business Development
• Ensure pricing to customers in time and every time
• Oversee the delivery of services and operational

Operational / Tactical duties

• Implementation of Global Project Logistics Strategy
• Understand market and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Financial Responsibility

• P&L Responsibility
• Customer Profitability and Cost Management
• Conversation Rate and Gross Profit Margin

Strategic Responsibility

• Customer Orientation and Market Knowledge
• Business accumen from procurement to sales
• Stakeholder management

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or project logistics.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project logistics operations.
• Experience in international freight forwarding, multimodal transportation, and complex cargo movements.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Infrastructure, Power Plant, or Industrial Projects is highly preferred.
• Experience developing project logistics business and identifying new business opportunities.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and achieving business targets.
• Knowledge of cargo handling, lifting procedures, transportation safety, and risk assessment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate with regional and global stakeholders.
