Job Description

**100% remote must be local to AZ, CA, CO, or NV**

Our award-winning client is seeking a National or Corporate Acct Manager to join their team.This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a dynamic, tech-driven startup and shape the future of orthodontics in the US. You'll be instrumental in building our brand presence, securing key partnerships with DSOs (Dental Service Organizations), and driving significant sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead US Expansion: Be a pioneer, leading our North American sales team and establishing our company as a leader in the orthodontic technology space.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute winning sales strategies to capture market share within the DSO and large group practice segments.

  • Key Account Management: Forge strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at DSOs, fostering strategic partnerships.

  • Consultative Selling Expert: Leverage your expertise to influence customer thinking and present our cutting-edge solutions through a consultative approach.

  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Embrace Innovation: Be a champion for new technology, with a strong understanding of the IT landscape and a passion for continuous learning.

  • Thriving in a Startup: Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace the fast-paced environment of a young, innovative company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales & DSO Expertise: 5+ years of successful sales and business development experience in orthodontics or dental technology, with a deep understanding of the DSO landscape.

  • Extensive Network: Strong existing connections within the DSO space, granting you access to key decision-makers.

  • Influencing Power: The ability to influence and challenge customer perspectives, presenting innovative solutions with a consultative approach.

  • Organizational Guru: Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and achieve ambitious sales goals.

  • Tech Savvy: A high comfort level with technology and a keen interest in leveraging new technologies for business growth.

  • Relationship Builder: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Startup Rockstar: Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Bonus Points: Prior orthodontic knowledge and experience (a huge plus!).

  • We are specifically seeking experienced DSO sales professionals, not those calling on individual dental practices. This is a high-level strategic sales position requiring deep industry knowledge and strong relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
