ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office and team operations.

You will play a key role in enabling efficiency, supporting
client-facing activities, and contributing to broader business functions
including work winning, governance, and systems. This role suits someone who is

    general administrative support
  • Manage
travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Prepare
and format professional documents, reports, and correspondence

Office & Team Operations

  • Coordinate
office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
    including working with facilities management.
  • Organise
team events, meetings, and internal functions, including catering and
    logistics
  • Act
as a central point of coordination across the New South Wales team.

Client & Presentation Support

  • Prepare
high-quality PowerPoint presentations and client-facing materials
  • Assist
with the production and formatting of reports and proposals
  • Ensure
consistency and professionalism across all external communications

Business & Operational Support

  • Provide
support across national operations, including marketing initiatives and
    campaigns
  • Assist
with governance processes, documentation, and compliance activities
  • Support
internal systems, tools, and process improvements

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Be highly
organised with strong attention to detail
  • Have
advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint (formatting, editing,
    presentation design) and Excel.
  • Demonstrate
    the ability to manage multiple
    priorities and work across teams
  • Possess
strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
  • Be able
to work autonomously, using initiative to manage priorities and solve
    problems
  • Bring
a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to step in and support where
    needed
  • Be comfortable
working in ambiguity, with the flexibility to take on tasks outside of
    core responsibilities when required
  • Be adaptable
and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership in supporting the broader
    business
