Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience , with at least 5 years as Change Leader or Continuous Improvement Leader.
Have formal training in Lean Six Sigma methodology, with strong understanding of process improvement frameworks and tools
Certified Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
Proficient in data analysis tools , particularly Microsoft Excel and statistical tools such as Minitab or equivalent
Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change adoption within the organization.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
Good at English both writing or speaking.
