What will you do?

As a National Network Coordinator, you are at the very heart of bpost’s national logistics network every day.

You monitor and optimize the operational flows between our sorting centers, transport connections, and distribution network.

You do more than simply track the performance of our network between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. You are also willing to take initiative whenever the situation requires it.

You act as the key link between Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders, ensuring that issues are not only identified but also resolved.

At the same time, you look beyond the day-to-day operation: you analyze trends, explore improvement opportunities, and help shape the future of our network.

• analyze existing flows and identify improvement opportunities
• contribute to the implementation and follow-up of end-to-end processes
• coordinate with operational teams and various stakeholders
• adapt communication to different audiences (operations, management, internal partners)
• motivate and engage stakeholders to ensure proper process follow-up
• ensure the quality and continuity of operational flows
• work in a bilingual environment (FR/NL) with frequent interactions
• working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Who are you?

• You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
• You have solid experience in process analysis and process improvement, ideally in a complex and cross-functional environment.
• You are familiar with methodologies related to process mapping, process reengineering, project management and change management.
• You are able to translate business needs into concrete and pragmatic solutions.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a structured and coordinating approach.
• You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and know how to build buy-in for change.
• You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch. English is a plus.
• Experience in a transformation, optimisation or process governance context is considered an asset.
