The Opportunity
The National Mining Director, Operations & Support is responsible for leading and managing mining aftersales operations within the FMM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and nationally. This role provides strategic leadership to drive safety, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth across parts, service, and technical support for the mining equipment and mining customers across the country.

The Candidate
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience in mining equipment aftersales.
Experience: 7–10 years of senior operational or general management experience in the mining equipment industry, with a strong focus on aftersales parts, service, and technical support.
Industry Knowledge: Senior-level knowledge of mining equipment, aftersales operations, and customer support models.
