As National Manager Digital Marketing and Engagement, you’ll lead the delivery and ongoing development of our digital marketing and engagement strategy, driving best-in-class digital experiences across the organisation, supporting multiple divisions including Fundraising, First Aid and Medical Products, Medical Alarms, and more.
Reporting to the General Manager Customer Experience and Marketing, you’ll be a specialist digital marketing and engagement leader who is as comfortable providing specialised technical expertise to the wider organisation as well as guiding a small but high-performing team to deliver meaningful, effective, digital marketing, and digital engagement activities.
This is a leadership role that blends strategy, delivery, and influence - ideal for someone who can see the big picture, bring others with them, translate insight into action and cares deeply about delivering great customer, donor, community, and patient outcomes.

St John is well known around the world for helping enrich the health and wellbeing of global communities. Although we operate and are funded entirely independently here in New Zealand, we’re proud to be a part of this important and long established Order.
