This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance‑driven environment and brings a structured, commercial lens to sales, partnerships and revenue optimisation.

About the Role

This is a nationally accountable role with responsibility for the performance and growth of QIC’s Brand iQ platform, encompassing pop‑up retail (casual leasing), vacant shop leasing and media‑based revenue streams

As National Brand iQ Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of centre based Sales Managers and Coordinators
  • Drive revenue growth through disciplined sales execution and commercial strategy
  • Identify and activate new income opportunities across assets and precincts
  • Set clear sales targets, optimise yield and manage performance across channels
  • Work closely with asset teams, leasing, marketing and operations teams to embed Brand iQ within broader centre strategies

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong judgment, accountability and the ability to balance strategy with execution.

About You

You are a commercially driven leader with a strong track record in sales, partnerships or commercialisation. You bring energy and pace, balanced with structure and discipline, and are comfortable operating in environments with clear targets and accountability.

You value collaboration, lead with credibility, and enjoy being close to both the team and the commercial outcome.

Key Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, commercialisation or revenue‑generating roles within retail, property, brand partnerships or media
  • Proven people leadership experience with accountability for performance and targets
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, yield management and deal structuring
  • Experience operating in fast‑moving, high‑volume environments
  • Ability to build productive internal and external stakeholder relationships

Desired Criteria

  • Exposure to shopping centre or large‑scale retail asset environments
  • Experience with alternative income streams such as pop‑ups, short‑term leasing or media
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with revenue and performance data
  • Experience contributing to national strategies while executing locally

Why Join QIC

This role offers:

  • National responsibility with visible commercial impact
  • Exposure to premium retail assets and evolving income models
  • A performance‑oriented, professional environment
  • The opportunity to lead, shape and grow a key commercial platform
