For over 140 years, RSPCA Queensland has been a leading animal welfare charity, dedicated to improving the lives of animals - whether domestic, farmed, or native. We care for over 42,000 animals annually, relying on the generosity of animal lovers like you to fund 91% of our life-changing services.
Our Purpose: We exist for animals to live better lives.
About the Role
If you’ve ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a lottery that helps change the lives of animals - this is your chance to be part of it.
Join RSPCA Queensland as a National Lottery Operations Coordinator, where you’ll be right in the middle of bringing campaigns to life that raise vital funds for animal welfare across Australia.
What could a day look like?
→ You’re keeping the program on track, making sure timelines are moving and nothing slips
→ You’re responding to a supporter, answering their questions and creating a positive experience at every touchpoint
→ You’re picking up on the details others might miss and making sure they’re done right
→ You’re jumping between tasks, shifting gears and helping the team stay one step ahead
No two days look the same and that’s exactly the point.
You’ll be part of the engine room behind each campaign. The person helping keep things moving, connecting the dots, and making sure everything comes together as it should.
Roles like this don’t come around often. It’s a unique opportunity to step into a space where you can build real, hands-on experience across a well-established program - seeing how everything fits together, while playing a meaningful part in making it happen.
It’s fast-paced, collaborative and full of variety! The kind of role where you’ll stay busy, keep learning and be part of something bigger.
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who gets things done - and does them well.
You’re organised, switched on and naturally proactive, with a strong eye for detail and a love for keeping things running smoothly. You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and stepping in wherever needed.
You’re also a people person who is approachable, friendly and confident communicating with a wide range of supporters and stakeholders. You care about the experience you create and take pride in doing things to a high standard.
Most importantly, you enjoy being part of a collaborative team working towards a shared goal. This is one of those rare roles where you can get your hands across everything - giving you exposure to marketing, operations and compliance in one place.
If you’re early in your career, curious, keen to learn and enjoy being busy, you’ll get a lot out of this role.
