National Key Accounts Coordinator

Your main responsibilities

The National Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for managing the reporting and workflow process. The incumbent will work with the National Sales Team across the country, applying appropriate tasks and strategies, and ensuring the accuracy of submissions and timeliness in work completion.

  • Manage customer contract addendums ensuring information provided is correct and contract addendums are properly filed once executed with the Legal & Compliance Department.
  • Monitor National & Key Accounts performance by preparing, analyzing and presenting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Assist the Sales & Legal & Compliance department with the preparation of Request For Proposals (RFPs) & tenders
  • Attend National Account meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables and providing general updates.
  • Communicate with the branches across Canada on accounts, working with Account Managers and Regional Operation Managers regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in service delivery.
  • Manager the National Accounts platform analyzing and checking work order status, monitoring and reporting on technician check arrival and departure times.
  • Run reports from SAP and collate data for internal and external customer meetings.
  • Manage National Account customer ad hoc requests.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external customer presentations.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, or a minimum 3 years of relevant work in contracts management and Sales
  • Experience in the construction industry or capital infrastructure sales is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience working with SAP, contract management systems and document management systems is desirable
  • Ability to analyze and manage large amounts of data for customer reporting
  • Attention to detail and must have the business maturity to communicate effectively with key customers and internal departments
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities
  • Problem Solving: Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively
  • Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship

The budgeted salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000 plus incentive bonus plan. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, certifications, experience, geographic location and organizational needs.
