About the Role

The National & International Account Sales Support role is responsible for delivering exception customer outcomes through the coordination of cross-functional activities, monitoring order fulfillment, and supporting the Sales Team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

This role requires the effective prioritisation of conflicting deadlines and time-sensitive tasks, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities while ensuring all invoicing opportunities are captured and the best commercial outcomes are achieved.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maximise invoicing opportunities while complying with the Order Coordination process and Crown's policies.
• Ensure that AS400, the Lead Order Database, and the Order Coordinator spreadsheet is maintained and accurate at all times.
• Coordinate efficient invoice submission through supplier portals to minimise the risk of payment terms not being met.
• Partner with Branch Teams to drive accountability and a coordinated approach to National & International Account invoicing throughout the month.
• Identify and monitor invoicing risks, encourage responsibility for corrective actions across Branch Teams, and effectively communicate root causes to Management.
• Adhere to all procedures related to the management of the invoicing of capital equipment (e.g. trade in, manual cheques, LOD, etc.).
• Provide accurate and timely answers to all stakeholder enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
