Job Description

It's more than a job

As part of the HR team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will help build careers, nurture talent, and empower people to succeed. Your work doesn’t stop at HR - it drives the entire supply chain forward. By attracting and developing the right people, you ensure that our operations run smoothly, so medical equipment reaches hospitals on time, toys arrive in stores for the holidays, and fresh flowers make it to local florists. Every great logistics solution starts with great people - and that’s where you come in.

Are you passionate about Compensation & Benefits and interested in shaping fair, competitive, and data-driven reward practices? Join Kuehne+Nagel as a Total Rewards Specialist, where you will contribute to the management and continuous improvement of our compensation framework, with a strong focus on pay ranges, salary structures, and market competitiveness. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure our reward practices support both our people strategy and business objectives.

How you create impact

  • Manage pay ranges and salary structures: Maintain and analyze pay ranges, ensuring they are aligned with internal structures, job levels, and the company's compensation philosophy.
  • Support compensation benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to assess competitiveness and identify opportunities for adjustments.
  • Provide compensation insights: Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders by providing data-driven recommendations on salary positioning, offers, promotions, and internal movements.
  • Ensure internal equity: Analyze compensation data to identify potential inconsistencies and support a fair and consistent approach to pay across roles and organizational levels.
  • Contribute to Total Rewards initiatives: Support compensation cycles, salary reviews, annual processes, and continuous improvement projects related to the company's Total Rewards strategy.

What we would like you to bring

  • Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a similar position, with solid exposure to salary structures and pay ranges.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret compensation data and translate it into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis skills and experience working with HR or compensation systems and market salary information.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR teams, managers, and business leaders in an international environment.

What's in it for you

  • Join a global logistics leader and contribute to the evolution of its Total Rewards strategy.
  • Gain strong exposure to compensation, pay ranges, salary structures, and market benchmarking across an international organization.
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders, developing your ability to influence compensation decisions through data and insights.
  • Be part of a dynamic environment where data, internal equity, and market competitiveness play a key role in people decisions.
  • Build your career in Total Rewards and Compensation within a global organization with opportunities for professional and international growth.
