We are seeking an experienced and hands-on National Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function across a growing national business.
Reporting to the Director and leading a team of two, this role is both strategic and operational—perfect for someone who can drive HR initiatives while remaining close to the day-to-day needs of the business.
About the Role
As the National HR Manager, you will provide leadership across HR, WHS, and employee engagement, ensuring our people practices align with business goals and company values. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while supporting the HR team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across the organisation.
