🚀 What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the states to achieve high fleet utilisation through effective vehicle allocation, planning, and lifecycle management.
• Managing fleet repairs, maintenance, and logistics—including spare key auditing, registration, and infringement control—while keeping costs within budget.
• Ensuring legal compliance regarding vehicle conditions, safety, and fuel management across all state regulations.
• Controlling tracker activation and overseeing the implementation of telematics solutions to improve tracking, reporting, and security.
• Providing internal dashboard and 'Vault' support while ensuring fleet accuracy across internal platforms.
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favourable terms.
• Driving continuous improvements in fleet processes, conducting regular fleet audits, and providing management with detailed reports on operational costs, income, and expenditure.

🎯 Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the motor industry with a strong background in managing national teams and logistics.
• Current Valid Driver's Licence and High School Certification.
• Experience in fleet rental or vehicle subscription services, and knowledge of budget preparation and financial management is desirable
• Proven experience in fleet operations, cost control, and meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
• Strong understanding of automotive and fleet management, with the confidence to make data-driven business decisions.
• Excellent administrative skills for completing legal and compliance-related paperwork, alongside strong digital literacy and communication skills.
• Experience using fleet management technologies and platforms.
