About the role:

We’re looking for a people-focused, hands-on leader to step into the role of New Zealand National Distribution Manager

In this role, you’ll lead our distribution network and partner closely with our freight provider, shaping a safe, high-performing, and continuously improving operation. You’ll have the space to influence, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the business.

This is a fast-paced role where your ability to build strong relationships, empower your team, and drive smart improvements will set you up for success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting our warehousing and distribution teams to operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably

• Creating an environment where people feel empowered to share ideas and improve processes

• Partnering cross-functionally with Customer Care, Sales, Technical teams, and suppliers to deliver great outcomes

• Coaching and training employees and drivers to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery

• Using data and insights to track performance and identify opportunities to improve

• Reviewing and evolving processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience

• Managing distribution costs while maintaining high service levels

• Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring:

You might bring:

• Experience leading distribution or logistics in a complex environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exposure to Dangerous Goods (or a willingness to learn)

• Familiarity with Lean, TPM, or continuous improvement principles

• Confidence in communicating and building relationships across teams

• A genuine commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing things better every day
