About the role:
We’re looking for a people-focused, hands-on leader to step into the role of New Zealand National Distribution Manager
In this role, you’ll lead our distribution network and partner closely with our freight provider, shaping a safe, high-performing, and continuously improving operation. You’ll have the space to influence, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the business.
This is a fast-paced role where your ability to build strong relationships, empower your team, and drive smart improvements will set you up for success.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and supporting our warehousing and distribution teams to operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably
Creating an environment where people feel empowered to share ideas and improve processes
Partnering cross-functionally with Customer Care, Sales, Technical teams, and suppliers to deliver great outcomes
Coaching and training employees and drivers to ensure safe, high-quality service delivery
Using data and insights to track performance and identify opportunities to improve
Reviewing and evolving processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Managing distribution costs while maintaining high service levels
Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
What you’ll bring:

Experience leading distribution or logistics in a complex environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exposure to Dangerous Goods (or a willingness to learn)
Familiarity with Lean, TPM, or continuous improvement principles
Confidence in communicating and building relationships across teams
A genuine commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing things better every day
