Revolution is seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to drive the national growth of VaporPro and expand our commercial construction materials business. This newly created role offers the opportunity to build a sales strategy, establish key industry relationships, develop distribution channels, and influence the long-term direction of a growing business line.

As a dedicated leader for this business, you will take ownership of generating demand, securing product specifications, developing project opportunities, and converting those opportunities into revenue. You will combine strategic planning with hands-on selling, working closely with customers and internal teams to build a scalable foundation for sustained growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead national sales strategy. Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for VaporPro, including demand generation, distributor and contractor development, and project-level sales support.
• Drive specification adoption. Build relationships with architects, engineers, designers, and specifiers to expand product specifications and basis-of-design inclusion.
• Build the distribution network. Identify, recruit, and develop distribution partners that extend market reach and support customer needs.
• Develop new markets and opportunities. Pursue growth across commercial construction segments, applications, and geographic markets.
• Manage the sales pipeline. Use HubSpot consistently to track opportunities, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights into pipeline health, conversion rates, wins, losses, and market trends.
• Serve as a trusted customer resource. Understand project requirements, product applications, and installation needs while building relationships with contractors, owners, developers, and other decision-makers.
• Shape the product portfolio. Partner with internal teams to develop, validate, and launch products that address customer needs and expand our commercial construction offering.
• Inform investment decisions. Translate customer and market feedback into recommendations for capital investment, plant capabilities, and product development priorities.
• Build future sales capacity. Establish the processes and structure needed to support growth and, as the business scales, recruit and lead junior or inside sales professionals.
• Collaborate across the business. Work closely with marketing, product, operations, customer service, and senior leadership to deliver a strong customer experience and reliable execution.

What You Bring

• You are a motivated, commercially focused sales professional who enjoys building new business and taking ownership of results. You can navigate technical sales cycles, earn credibility with project stakeholders, and turn market opportunities into a focused plan of action. You are equally comfortable developing a national strategy and working directly with a customer to move a project forward.
• Successful candidates will bring:
• At least five years of sales experience in commercial construction or building materials.
• Demonstrated success in new-business development, territory expansion, and complex sales execution.
• Experience selling to designers and specifiers, distributors, contractors, owners, developers, and other construction project stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of specification-driven sales, product evaluation, and installation requirements.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends and the ability to communicate the value of products containing post-consumer recycled materials.
• The initiative, judgment, and discipline to succeed in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment with substantial autonomy.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, including HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $150k-$170k USD annually. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits. Please note that this salary range is not guaranteed, and the final offer may vary based on experience, education, location, and shift. Additionally, the benefits and programs available may differ depending on the hire date, schedule type, and hours worked.
