• Ensure attaining standards regarding quality of teaching and learning regarding integrated curriculum.
• Inform IT on the Subject Mapping, Subjects order and KKM/ passing Grade.
• Update the Subject Mapping in the Staff Desk for the mapping in the BNS Report Card.
• Conduct the National Report Card Production and ensure that the Report card is distributed on time: Final random check on the student's data and score.
• Provide advice on the score component mechanism for national exam (UN) and passing grade criteria.
• Represent school in meetings / seminar / workshop training held by the ministry of education and culture.
• Prepare, monitor and update documents related to school certification, and school accreditation.
• Prepare, and organize try out implementation.
• Draft and deliver Power Point for PIS (parents), for students (preparation of UN) and for teachers (Guideline for Invigilators) and communicate with parents.
• Draft parent's confirmation letter to participate in National Exam and Bound Agreement.
• Responsible for SKL & UN certificate production, fingerprint collection and distribution.
• Prepare statistical Report of the UN results for Principals.
• Management Support Activities:
o Provides report to Direct Supervisor
o Suggests improvement processes related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
o Performs activities related to Quality Management System
o Performs additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by the Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
• Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years working experience
