Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced National Credit Manager to join our team in our Arndell Park office. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
As a National credit Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills. Reporting to the Head Of Transactional Services, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with credit policies, minimising credit risk, and maximising cash flow, overseeing and managing the credit department, monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Supervising a team of National Credit Supervisors and National Credit Controllers
Create and manage credit rules, approve credit applications, and track problem debts to protect the company's money and cash flow
Lead the team collecting unpaid invoices, monitor overdue amounts, report on bad debts, and send cases to debt collectors when needed
Work with reporting teams to improve debt tracking reports, make the process more efficient, and help predict future cash collection
Hire and train strong team members, support their career growth, and create a positive workplace
Make credit processes consistent across the company, set performance targets, follow legal rules, and work with Finance to reduce payment delays
At least 3 years experience within credit control Supervisor or Manager role
Experience using Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Google suite, SAP & Salesforce (advantageous)
