Over the past years, UNFPA Rwanda, in collaboration with implementing partners and key stakeholders, has generated a rich portfolio of knowledge products, including specialized studies, baseline and endline surveys, comprehensive thematic reports, in in the pipeline, the Country Office Innovation and Digital Transformation Strategy, the National Population Policy, and other strategic documents among others. These products represent a valuable repository of evidence and institutional knowledge to inform policy, programming, and decision-making. However, the mere production and storage of knowledge do not generate impact. The true value of these resources lies in their accessibility, dissemination, and application.
The consultant will work under the overall supervision of the UNFPA Deputy Representative/Head of programmes with direct technical co-supervision and guidance provided by the Research and KM Analyst and thematic leads.

UNFPA seeks to recruit a qualified National Individual Consultant to synthesize key findings from major reports into targeted, user-friendly knowledge products that facilitate effective dissemination and uptake at different levels. The knowledge products will include policy briefs, advocacy papers, and concise infographic snapshots tailored to the needs of different audiences. In addition, the consultant will support the documentation and dissemination of best practices and lessons learned from selected programmes, highlighting innovative approaches, results, and their potential for replication and scale-up.
