Bayleys is New Zealand's largest full-service real estate company and the leader in Commercial & Industrial real estate. We are seeking an exceptional marketing leader to drive the national marketing strategy for one of the most influential commercial property businesses in the country.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a national function that directly influences market share growth, broker success, client engagement, brand leadership and business performance across approximately 15 commercial and industrial business lines.

You’ll be working alongside senior leaders, franchise owners, brokers and industry partners to shape the future of Bayleys Commercial & Industrial.

About the Role

As National Commercial Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic direction, development and execution of national marketing initiatives that support commercial growth across New Zealand.

This is much more than a traditional marketing role. You will be responsible for driving market share growth, implementing innovative technologies, leading business development initiatives, delivering flagship events and conferences, developing national marketing programmes, and building capability across our commercial network.

You'll lead a high-performing marketing team while influencing stakeholders across the Bayleys franchise network to ensure national initiatives are embraced and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Bayleys' national Commercial & Industrial marketing strategy and growth initiatives.

· Drive market share, brand leadership, client engagement and broker success.

· Deliver national campaigns, publications, events, digital programmes and business development tools.

· Influence and align stakeholders across franchise offices and business lines nationwide.

· Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team and strategic partner network.

· Measure performance, identify opportunities and continuously improve commercial outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Experience

• Degree qualified or equivalent of 8+ years' experience in senior marketing, brand, communications or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing national marketing strategies and programmes.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience delivering conferences, large-scale events and strategic business initiatives.
• Strong experience managing large budgets, suppliers, agencies and strategic partnerships.
• Experience developing business development and sales enablement resources.
• Property, professional services or commercial sector experience is highly advantageous.
