The National Business Development Manager (NBDM) focuses on national sales for large clients. The National Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business development and revenue growth for Source1 National Accounts through both direct and distributor sales efforts.
The role involves evaluating and managing a pipeline of leads generated through cold calling, Best Western internal referrals, distributor referrals, as well as strategic campaigns and trade show events. The NBDM oversees the full sales cycle for new prospective Source1 members, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement through onboarding and ultimately into a revenue‑generating customer.
