Leads the national management team and sales force for a business segment. This executive is accountable for sales, service, and portfolio management. Collaborates with lines of business across the enterprise to deliver an integrated and seamless experience for clients. Maintains client contact and coaches the workforce to deliver effective sales and service execution and client management. Responsible for new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Ensures effective risk management and compliance.
This position will lead the Banking sales organization focused on increasing banking penetration and deposit balance growth with Merrill Wealth Management Clients. The National Banking Sales Executive leads an organization of wealth management bankers to drive performance, offer solutions expertise, and work with advisor teams to identify client opportunities, in close collaboration with Merrill field leaders and partners.
