As a National Air Logistics Gateway Warehouse Manager, you will lead end-to-end gateway cargo operations, driving operational excellence while managing suppliers, stakeholders, QSHE and carrier requirements, and warehouse infrastructure.

How you create impact

• Optimize warehouse processes.
• Optimize inbound freight flows in collaboration with KN stations
• Optimize outbound freight flows in collaboration with KN stations
• Monitor KPIs.
• Create and maintain shift schedules, where applicable.
• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to team members, ensuring their adherence to defined KN processes and standards, including the best usage of the KN Digital Ecosystem.
• Coordinate and conduct annual reviews with KN partners.
• Foster constructive collaboration between KN, GHAs, and the warehouse service provider.
• Monitor warehouse P&L.
• Handle escalation management

What we would like you to bring

• Strong knowledge and proven experience in warehouse and airport cargo operations, preferably in air logistics.
• Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and open communication.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, strategic planning, and contract management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
