Job Description

The Opportunity:

The National Accounts & Platforms Associate is a critical member of the National Accounts and Platform Distribution team, responsible for supporting strategic distribution relationships through business management, reporting, operational execution, client support, and data-driven insights.

The role combines operational excellence with analytical and business support responsibilities, serving as a central connector across Sales, Marketing, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Client Reporting teams.

The Associate owns key reporting and due diligence processes, supports business planning and client initiatives, manages conferences and events, and ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of core systems, data, and communications that support the team's growth objectives.

This individual is a trusted partner to Senior Business Development leaders and plays a key role in delivering a best-in-class experience for internal stakeholders and external distribution partners.

Position Responsibilities:

Client Reporting, Due Diligence & Business Insights

  • Coordinate and deliver RFIs, RFPs, DDQs, client reporting requests, and ongoing due diligence initiatives.
  • Analyze business data and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and insights supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance National Accounts strategy documents, partner profiles, and business intelligence resources.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, reviews, and business development materials.

Conference, Event & Meeting Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, due diligence meetings, advisor events, and National Accounts programs.
  • Coordinate logistics, budgets, speaker engagement, compliance approvals, CE accreditation requirements, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage portfolio manager due diligence meetings and support stakeholder alignment and execution.

Operational & Business Management

  • Support development and tracking of business plans, budgets, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain project timelines and coordinate execution of team priorities.
  • Assist with onboarding initiatives, partner projects, and operational improvements.

Data, Systems & Reporting Management

  • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, Seismic, reporting databases, and internal tracking tools.
  • Produce recurring sales, platform, SMA, recommended list, and strategic partner reporting.
  • Ensure client and business information is accurate, accessible, and current.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendars, meetings, and team coordination activities.
  • Prepare agendas, presentation materials, meeting packages, and follow-up communications.
  • Support execution of team initiatives, weekly meetings and organizational priorities.

Communications & Content Management

  • Produce and distribute the National Accounts and PD weekly update and other internal communications.
  • Maintain content libraries, marketing materials, due diligence resources, speaker content, and sales enablement tools.
  • Coordinate updates and ensure consistency and accuracy across team communications.

Contract & Documentation Management

  • Maintain client agreements, onboarding documentation, compliance and governance records, and team reference materials.
  • Ensure information is organized, compliant, and readily accessible.

Shared Accountabilities

  • Partner closely with Senior Business Development leaders to support strategic distribution relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Client Reporting teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, operational processes, communications, and client experience initiatives.
  • Support business development campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, asset management, business operations, client service, or sales support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Seismic, or similar business systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with RFI, RFP, DDQ, client reporting, or due diligence processes is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary range is expected to be between

$55,125.00 CAD - $91,875.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
