Position SummaryThe National Account Program Specialist is an operations-focused role designed to improve seller productivity and strengthen the National Accounts operating system. Working closely with National Account Managers, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional partners, this role supports reporting, CRM administration, process governance, pricing support, and business operations to ensure consistent execution and scalable growth across National Accounts programs.
Key Responsibilities:• Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring sales, customer, and operational reports. Support business reviews, dashboard management, KPI tracking, and ad hoc reporting requests.• CRM Administration: Maintain customer records, account hierarchies, contacts, opportunities, and program data. Ensure CRM data integrity and adherence to governance standards.• Process Governance: Document and maintain standard operating procedures, support process improvements, and drive consistency across National Accounts workflows.• Pricing Support: Coordinate pricing submissions, documentation, implementation, requests for proposals, activities, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Operational Coordination: Support project tracking, internal communications, meeting preparation, and cross-functional coordination activities.• Business Support: Partner with Strategic Account Managers and Sales Leadership to improve visibility, productivity, and execution discipline across the organization.
Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. The total compensation range for this role and market is between $57,600 - $75,600 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
