THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the Club (Costco/BJ’s) and Specialty (Best Buy/Staples) business for Sodastream. To be successful in this role, you will bring key account experience and demonstrate the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to grow this key customer.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall assigned customer strategies in a manner consistent with the company’s strategies and culture to grow faster, stronger, and better.
  • Prepare and update annual key account plans and implement company strategies for achieving sales goals including World Class Customer Engagement.
  • Manage all aspects of planning, merchandising, forecasting and coop management as well as timely communication to all appropriate stakeholders on these critical tasks
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally with sales planning, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives.
  • Communicate changing market conditions to Sales and Marketing team to identify new opportunities and develop with internal team a comprehensive sales plan for success.
  • Ensure that MAP pricing and adherence to published promotional programs are maintained at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the retail merchant partners, and mid‑level and senior management, with support from SodaStream leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field/equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of successful key account experience.
  • Experience calling on national retail accounts at the buyer level.
  • Beverage, CPG, or Houseware industry experience preferred
  • Ability to quickly master detailed product knowledge.
  • Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan
  • Professional fact-based selling presentations required.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
