This is not a traditional sales role. We are searching for a candidate who showsa high levelof ownership for their business and is adept at selling solutions and has a proventrack recordto win new business. The right candidate will be eager to be an influential leader andactivatorkey partners from day one. This role reports to the Associate Director of Chain Restaurant Sales with dotted line reporting to AD Equipment, and strong connectivity with Head of BAP/Sr Manager BAP.

EssentialFunctions &Responsibilities

  • Liaise between Kraft Heinz andentertainmentto develop influential relationships with key decision makers across procurement, culinary andentertainmentteams

  • Develop andtrack againstperformance and sales metrics; report on progress (including wins, gaps, and non-performance) in critical sales meetings

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence and execute channel specific programs, including development of newsku's, new menu items, LTO's and equipment activation

  • Ensurescontinued flawless execution and implementation of expansion initiatives over the course of the term for product and equipment.

  • Provide onsite operational training related to KHC products and equipment

  • Proactivelyowns S&OP communication and collaboration withhypercareteam related to forecasting, PO management, supply updates, fill rates, on time delivery, waste mitigation, etc.

  • Leads strategic planning with F&B to secure newbiz, equipment,innovationand/or renovation launches (includingco creation)

Expected Experience& Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ora relatedfieldEquivalentexperiencewill be considered

  • 5to7 yearsrovensales experience required centered around profitable volume growth, and breadth and depth of customer relationships and influence

  • Experience in restaurant, culinary, and/or distributor industry

  • Strong interpersonal skills withabilityto influence independently across various levels of stakeholders internally and externally

  • Strong financial competence to impact P&L management; Effective business planning and data-driven strategy formaintainingcurrent and securing new business

  • Experience with customer marketing partnership or similar experience with marketing cross functional team

  • Strong organizational skills to be able to prioritize and execute multiple projects effectively to ensuretimelydelivery

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
