National Account Manager

Bodycare is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to own and grow a strategic portfolio of clients across Australia.

About the role

As our National Account Manager, you’ll be the primary relationship owner for a tiered portfolio of clients, from large national accounts to smaller regional sites.

Working closely with our Operations and Clinical Leadership teams, you’ll ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery while proactively managing risk, strengthening engagement and driving long-term retention and growth

This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where your strategic thinking, commercial insight and ability to connect with diverse stakeholders will make a measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with WHS leaders, operational managers and key stakeholders
  • Owning client retention by proactively identifying risks and strengthening engagement across your portfolio
  • Leading strategic reviews, quarterly conversations and forward‑planning sessions
  • Developing and executing Account Plans with clear goals, risks and opportunities
  • Identifying service expansion opportunities and supporting contract renewals
  • Conducting regular site visits across your portfolio, including national travel
  • Partnering closely with onsite clinicians to understand service realities, performance and emerging risks
  • Analysing performance data, utilisation and trends, and presenting clear, actionable insights to clients

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record in account management, with a strong focus on retention and growth of client portfolios
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across complex environments
  • Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, autonomous approach with sound judgement
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required
  • Experience in health & wellbeing, allied health or service-based industries (desirable)
