About the Role

Ready to start your career in National Accounts with one of Australia's most exciting beauty businesses?

We're looking for a National Account Executive to support our Woolworths account, working alongside an experienced team to help drive growth across a portfolio of leading health, wellness, beauty and cosmetics brands.

This is a highly administrative and commercially focused role, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in FMCG, consumer health, beauty, or cosmetics. You'll be exposed to all aspects of account management, offering a strong pathway into National Account Management and future Key Account Manager opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Woolworths account, ensuring customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasting updates, customer scorecards, promotional evaluations, and business review presentations.
• Support the execution of promotional plans, product launches, ranging activities, and pricing updates.
• Maintain customer systems, track key account activities, and coordinate internal processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category and Sales teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and support account growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an administration, sales support, customer service, account coordinator or commercial support role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in developing a career in FMCG, health, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Confident working with data, reporting and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing are advantageous but not essential.
