Job Title: Regional Recruitment and Enrollment Manager
Location: Nashville, TN
Reports To: Director of Scholar Recruitment and Community Partnerships

SET’s goals include fostering belonging, driving enrollment and retention, and ensuring every family experiences our schools as communities of care and excellence.


We are seeking an energized, bilingual Recruitment and Enrollment Manager to join the Scholar Experience Team. This regional role will be radically responsible for generating and converting leads into #1 applications through innovative recruitment strategies and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is a true team player who believes that scholars from marginalized communities deserve access to schools that center belongingness at their core. In addition, the ideal candidate brings a strong sales-minded approach—adamant about sealing the deal—and is skilled at converting interest into committed enrollments through persistence, relationship-building, and strategic follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a sales-driven mindset to family engagement, ensuring leads are effectively converted into applications and enrollments
  • Build and sustain relationships with families, community organizations, and local partners to expand reach and impact.
  • Manage leads and enrollment processes using Metro Nashville Optional Application system and Infinite Campus.
  • Innovate outreach strategies including events, digital campaigns, and community engagement to meet enrollment goals.
  • Partner with school leaders and the Director of Scholar Recruitment to ensure alignment with SET goals and school culture.
  • Serve as a culturally responsive ambassador for RePublic Schools, centering belongingness in every interaction.
  • Analyze data to inform strategy, track progress, and adjust outreach efforts to meet goals.
  • Collaborate within school-based leadership teams to share best practices, celebrate wins, and uphold accountability for results.



Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Metro Nashville Optional Application system and Infinite Campus.
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or community outreach, with demonstrated ability to convert interest into commitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to relationship-building across diverse communities.
  • Data-informed and results-oriented, able to translate insights into action.
  • Deep belief in educational equity and belongingness; passionate about centering belonging for all scholars.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
