Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of handyman services including drywall, framing.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and furniture with precision and care.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot home repair issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after projects.
• Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
• Continuously improve skills and stay updated with industry trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and best practices in home repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Own tools to complete required jobs.

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
