The Role

Nasdaq Dorsey Wright is a leading provider of technical research, investment solutions, and market insights that help financial professionals make more informed investment decisions.

We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team, reporting to the Manager of Sales. In this role, you'll support advisors, asset managers, consultants, and investors by helping them maximize the value of our research platform, ETFs, and managed account solutions while contributing to business growth.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional support and education to clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, consultants, asset managers, and investors.
• Prospect new clients and identify opportunities across our research, ETF, and managed account solutions.
• Partner with senior sales leaders to support customer strategies, business development initiatives, and revenue growth.
• Monitor industry trends and market opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients and support sales efforts.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, client success, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in investment markets and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and collaborating across teams to deliver client success.
• Active Series 7 and Series 55 licenses are required for this role

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management firms, or asset managers.
• Familiarity with investment products such as ETFs, managed accounts, portfolio analysis, or research platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

This position will be located in Richmond, VA or New York, NY and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
