Key points and purpose of the position:

• Lead and coordinate OPEX planning and performance steering for NASC operations, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets and strategic priorities.
• Provide financial transparency and insightful analysis to support decision-making and optimize cost structures across NASC and corporate services.
• Ensure alignment of financial processes, data, and cost structures in compliance with IMMEX and SAT requirements, safeguarding program eligibility and supporting transfer pricing consistency.
• Drive standardization and documentation of finance and controlling processes, ensuring audit readiness, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key business partner to stakeholders across NASC, HQ, and cross-functional teams, strengthening financial discipline and operational efficiency.

This comprehensive objective ensures that the Sr Analyst will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization

1.Lead performance review and alignment meetings with NASC stakeholders and cost center owners, promoting cost discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across shared services.

2.Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams (Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations, HQ) to ensure alignment on NASC cost structures, process frameworks, and strategic initiatives.

3.Develop and deliver NASC-focused financial reporting and analysis, providing transparency on cost performance, efficiency, and optimization opportunities to regional and HQ stakeholders.

4.Drive the standardization, harmonization, and documentation of finance and controlling processes within NASC, ensuring scalability, governance, and audit readiness of shared services operations.

5.Coordinate and lead OPEX planning and forecasting activities for NASC (North America Service Center), ensuring alignment with regional and corporate financial targets.

6.Supervise, analyze, and continuously manage the entity’s cash flow for NASC entity to ensure the availability of the financial resources required for daily operations.

Qualification:

Education / Training:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years in Finance-related positions. Opex and accounting background a plus.

Languages:

  • Basic knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.
