Qualifications
Required skills and qualifications
Kronos expertise: Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Central/UKG Pro or Kronos Dimensions/UKG Dimensions, and specifically with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
Technical proficiency:
SQL: Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
Integration tools: Experience with ETL tools like Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar.
APIs and formats: Familiarity with API-based (SOAP/REST) and file-based integrations (CSV, XML).
Domain knowledge: Understanding of workforce data models, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll integrations.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
