5+ years experience in software development and SDLC methodology in the HCM domain
Experience managing others, as a development team lead; 5+ yrs exp
Experience creating, executing and driving improvement in test plans
Experience with data mapping, data modeling or other ETL operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with data integration tools is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Will be required to frequently interact of external clients
