  • Results-Driven Execution

Pursue growth opportunities with urgency and discipline, demonstrating resilience and focus within competitive sales situations while working toward clearly defined performance objectives.
  • Market Engagement

Participate in and support regional seminars, workshops, and conferences to strengthen Oxford Nanopore’s visibility and scientific credibility within the territory.
  • Training & Compliance

Participate fully in required training programs and demonstrate proficiency as assessed. Manage administrative responsibilities including expense management, reporting, and adherence to company policies and applicable safety standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of field-based commercial experience, including at least 3 years selling scientific instrumentation, high-technology platforms, or complex laboratory solutions
OR relevant inside sales or distribution experience with Oxford Nanopore technology or in the NGS market
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales processes in competitive environments
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently within a matrixed, international organization
  • Commercially astute, with experience working to budgets and performance targets
