Dream Nannies is seeking an exceptional, experienced, and adaptable Nanny Manager for a wonderful, busy family with four children, ages 14, 10, 10, and 3 months! This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a nurturing, proactive professional who loves working with children of all ages and thrives in a dynamic household. Primary responsibilities will focus on providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for the infant, maintaining her established routines, and supporting the older children with school pickups, activities, and transportation as needed. Additional duties include family laundry, keeping children's spaces clean and organized, simple meal preparation, and occasional household errands. Both parents have demanding careers, so the family is looking for someone dependable, flexible, and confident taking initiative while respecting their parenting style. The ideal candidate has extensive infant experience, understands the needs of preteens and teenagers, and can seamlessly adapt to changing schedules. The position guarantees 30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours, and requires flexibility for occasional evenings and family travel. A confident swimmer is required, and multilingual candidates are a plus! This family is excited to welcome someone who will become a trusted, valued part of their household for years to come.
