The ideal candidate is active, nurturing, patient, and enjoys encouraging children through play, books, learning activities, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play. The children are bright, energetic, and playful, with one being more outgoing and the other more reserved. The family values minimal screen time, positive communication, encouragement, structure, and gentle redirection. Responsibilities include childcare, school/activity transportation as needed, children’s laundry and linens, tidying bedrooms and play areas, vacuuming, dishes, meal prep, packing/unpacking school bags and lunches, organizing children’s belongings, emptying diaper pails, and occasional errands or organization projects. The family is looking for someone clean, detail-oriented, honest, kind, responsible, and respectful who can seamlessly balance childcare and household support.
