He is in speech therapy, so patience and taking the time to understand him are important. The ideal nanny is outgoing, confident, silly, positive, organized, and genuinely loves children. Responsibilities include school pickup, homework, activities, meal prep, kids’ laundry, organizing, light housekeeping, errands, and keeping the children prepared for the next day.
