AIM Valle, part of the globally recognised Inspired Education Group, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nanny to join its academic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students during a key stage of their academic and personal development.

Working within the Inspired global network of premium schools, the Middle School Teacher will deliver engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, monitor student progress, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing academic culture. The role also involves actively participating in the wider life of the school and supporting students’ wellbeing and personal growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Lead Teacher in preparing the classroom and learning materials before lessons.
  • Assist students during classroom activities, ensuring understanding and participation.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to reinforce learning concepts.
  • Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and non-classroom activities.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom environment.
  • Support students’ social and emotional development through positive interactions.
  • Assist with classroom management and behaviour reinforcement strategies.
  • Help monitor and report student progress or concerns to the Lead Teacher.
  • Support students with personal care needs, where appropriate (especially in younger years).
  • Participate in school routines, events, and collaborative team activities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (must-have).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must-have).
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach (must-have).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teachers (must-have).
  • Good organisational and time-management skills (must-have).
  • Basic understanding of child development and learning processes (nice-to-have).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written), depending on school requirements (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with classroom technology and basic digital tools (nice-to-have).
  • Ability to support children with diverse learning needs (nice-to-have).
  • First aid training or safeguarding knowledge (nice-to-have).
